Little Mix whip out the official second single from their third album, Get Weird!

A 60’s and 80’s influenced mid-tempo ballad, ‘Love Me Like You’ takes the cheeky lyrics and soulful production path to create a retro banger.

The song is grounded from the bottom-up with strong, solid vocals. Little Mix also include a signature chant section in the song which is fairly reminiscent from a few of their other past singles but is still fun in the sun and not annoying.

While the song isn’t as uptempo as their first worldwide smash ‘Black Magic’, promotional single ‘Hair’ or ‘Grown’, its different appeal and vibe work well.

Like with their debut and sophomore album efforts, ballads are Little Mix’s prime. Not only do they showcase their harmonies well but the emotion driven songs take the respective albums to new heights. Check out ‘Turn Your Face’ from their debut DNA, and ‘Towers’ and ‘These Four Walls’ from their second album, Salute.

Take note that Leigh Anne, Jesy, Perrie and Jade know how their voices work together. That’s what makes vocal groups so wonderful; you learn to blend your voice with others.

‘Love Me Like You’ will the the second single in the U.K., Australia, New Zealand and Ireland but the rest of the world can still download and stream it as well

Make sure you get your copy and of course don’t forget to pre-order their album on iTunes today.
