Simon Helberg is an American actor, comedian, and musician. He is the son of Harriet, a casting director, and Sandy Helberg, an actor.

Simon is married to Jocelyn Towne, an actress, producer, and director, whose uncle (father’s brother) is screenwriter Robert Towne (who is also Jewish). The couple has two children.
